Charles "Chuck" Alfred Morris, age 83, of Wyalusing, Pennsylvania (formerly of Smithfield, PA), passed away at his home on Monday evening, September 9, 2019.

Chuck was born on July 6, 1936, in New Geneva, PA the son of the late Charles Oliver and Mable Ross Morris. He was a graduate of Point Marion High School with the class of 1953.

After high school, he worked with his brother, Robert, with his construction company.  Chuck and his wife, Beverly Mays Morris, purchased a dairy farm in Sugar Run, PA in 1979 and together they operated the farm for 7 years.

He was a member of Sugar Run Presbyterian Church, the Pennsylvania Farmers Association, and a former member of the Wyalusing Grange.  He enjoyed golfing in his younger years and in his later years he enjoyed watching television, especially his favorite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions.

Chuck is survived by wife, Beverly Morris, of home; his daughters, Wanda Dicks and her husband, Shawn, of Scranton, PA and Sabrina Adams of Wysox, PA; his grandchildren, Daniel Adams, Kayla Adams, Melanie Adams, Hailey Anne Waltman (Dylan), Cassie Stoddard, Madalyn Stoddard, Dakota Dicks, and Creed Dicks; his great-grandchildren, Lillian and Isaiah Waltman; his sister, Dorthea Bowers, of Ohio; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Morris, Naida Smith, and Ruth Blaney.

Abiding by Chuck's wishing there will be a private burial at later date at the Oak Grove Cemetery in New Geneva, PA.
