Born on February 12, 1944, in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She married Henry Doerner III on October 20, 1962, and lived in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Charlotte dealt with sinus cancer for 12 years. Besides dealing with her own health issues, her husband, Henry, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and Charlotte was devoted to taking care of him.

Charlotte worked as an Administrative Assistant at General Electric. After their move to Jenningsville, Pennsylvania, she worked at Procter & Gamble as an Administrative Assistant for 22 years. She also worked at the Trehab in Dushore, Pennsylvania, for six years. She and Henry often talked about their 1980 trip to Hawaii. Outside of work, Charlotte was passionate about camping, caring for her pets, caring for her husband Henry, and spending time with her family.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Henry Doerner, III; children Jeffrey (Catherine), Christopher (deceased), and his wife Karen. Grandchildren: Caitlyn Crawford (Adam), Morgan Maguire (Michael); Olivia Doerner; Matt Kwiatkowski and Ashley Kwiatkowski. A graveside service for immediate family will be held on September 21 at noon at the Northflat Cemetery in Laceyville, with Reverend Charles Bishop officating.
