Obituary

Dale Jack Radandt, age 65, of Orangeville, PA (formerly of Laceyville, PA), passed away on Monday evening, June 22, 2026, at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

He was born on September 19, 1960, in Houghton, MI. He was the son of the late Sandra Hodge Mihychuk (d. April 20, 2008) and the late Jack Radandt (d. April 19, 2018)

After graduating from high school, Dale began his career as an owner-operator truck driver, driving all over the United States.

When Dale was at home and not on the road, you could find him either on the water, where he loved to go sail-boating, or tinkering with his Harley Davidson collection, which he was fascinated with and would own three Harleys throughout his life. Dale was also a very simple man who loved being outdoors with a fishing pole in his hand.

However, the most important thing in Dale's life was his family. He was truly an amazing father. He loved his kids and spoiled his grandkids.

Dale is survived by his children, Michael Pickett, Laura Ricks of Cleveland, TN, Stephanie Mezynski (Joseph) of Cleveland, TN, Cynthia Radandt (David Sanders) of Wauchula, FL, and Steven Radandt of Sebring, FL; his grandchildren William Radandt, Cecilia Rimer, Dale Hussey, Destiny Mezynski, and Christina Mezynski; his siblings Tammy Aultman of South Carolina; and his close friends Wanda and George Ewbank of Orangeville, PA, and Ian Owens of Laceyville, PA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Eric Ricks.

A Memorial Visitation for Dale will be held at the Sheldon Funeral Home, 459 Main St., Laceyville, PA 18623, on Sunday, July 5, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
