Dawn Mary DeMarchi-Tierney, age 83, of Wyalusing, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, June 23, 2026, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

She was born in Jersey City, NJ, on March 4, 1943, to the late George A. Foote and the late Mary Jasinkiewicz Foote, and graduated from Snyder High School in Jersey City.

Dawn spent over twenty-five years living on her farm in New Hampshire. She also owned and operated Dawn's Florist in Melbourne, FL.

When not at the flower shop or in her gardens at home, Dawn loved her “aminals” especially, her horses, sheep, and alpacas. Dawn took great pleasure in doing anything that involved trees, plants, and flowers; she was very artistic. However, the most important thing in her life was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Dawn is survived by her children, Ann Marie Lomauro (Steve) of Wyalusing, PA, Anthony DeMarchi of Oviedo, FL, Karl DeMarchi (Lori) of Center Tuftonboro, NH, and Joseph DeMarchi (Sherry) of Jamesburg, NJ; her grandchildren, John and Stacey Lomauro, Michael and Rachel Lomauro, Charles Lomauro, Anthony DeMarchi, Nick DeMarchi, Greg DeMarchi (Katie), Krystal and David Hegedus, and Salvatore and Monika Georgianna; her nine great-grandchildren; and special friends Bob McChesney and Cathy Schillinger.

Besides her parents, Dawn is also preceded in death by her brother, George Foote.

As per Dawn's wishes, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
