Dean E. Jones, age 54, of Laceyville, PA passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at his home.

Dean was born on November 9, 1963 in Towanda, PA the son of the late Bryce E. Jones (d. June 14, 2010) and Shirley Wilcox Jones of Laceyville, PA. He attended Wyalusing Valley High School.

He was employed with the McCloe Pond Farm on Edinger Hill and also stacked stone throughout the area. Dean liked fixing model cars and building things especially furniture. He also enjoyed playing darts and pool. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Dean is survived by his children, Justin Giberson and his wife Jennifer of Dallas, PA and Ashley Giberson and her fiancé Brad Carey of Laceyville, PA; his grandchildren, Justin Giberson, II, Jake Giberson, and Jasper Giberson all of Dallas, PA; his mother, Shirley Jones of Laceyville, PA; his sisters, Melinda Jones of Laceyville, PA, Robin Dorman and her husband David of West Auburn, PA, and Brenda Sands and her husband Wayne of Laceyville, PA; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his father he was preceded in death by his great-nephew, Brandon Moon and his very special friend Julie Ryan.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Eva's Restaurant and Bar, Main Street, Laceyville, PA.
