Miss Deborah M. "Deb" Kerr, age 64, of Lakeland, FL, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Lakeland, Saturday March 20, 2021.

Deborah was born in Philadelphia, PA, on October 7, 1956, the daughter of the late, Kenneth D. Kerr Sr., and the late Edna M. Witheroe Kerr. Deb moved to Harrisburg, PA, with her mother, where she graduated from Harrisburg High School.

After she continued her education in the health care field, specializing in nuclear medicine, Deb worked as a technician in nuclear medicine most of her life, in many hospitals in Winter Haven, FL, Orlando, FL, and Kissimmee, FL.

When not working, she enjoyed traveling with her mother, taking trips to the beach, watching the Space Shuttles launches at the Kennedy Space Center, in Cape Canaveral, FL, attending car shows, and going to many local drag strips in Florida. Deb also loved line dancing, she actually liked line dancing so much that she became an instructor.

Deb was a proud Ovarian cancer survivor, of 10 years. Deborah was always kind, and compassionate, and was ready with a joke. Deb loved her family and many friends with all of her heart.

Surviving are her brothers, Kenneth "Del" Kerr Jr., of Tunkhannock, PA, Terry (Linda) Kerr, of Meshoppen, PA, Jimmy Kerr, of Wyalusing, PA, and her sisters, Beckie Kerr (Fred) Jones, of Montrose, PA, Tina Kerr (Curt) Oliver, of Troy, PA, and Lisa Kerr (Jim) House, of Wyalusing, PA. also many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Sheldon Funeral Home, 155 Church St., Wyalusing, PA, with Rev. Dr. Barry Ballard of the Wyalusing Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in the Wyalusing Borough Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home, on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

Those attending the services will be required to wear masks and abide to the social distancing regulations.
