Denise R. Sutton, age 50, formerly of Camptown, PA passed away Saturday evening, August 25, 2018 at the Bradford County Manor where she had been residing for the last 24 years.

Denise was born on July 24, 1968 in Towanda, PA the daughter of the Wanda Kobbe Sutton of Camptown, PA and the late Fred Sutton (d. December 8, 2001). She graduated from Wyalusing Valley High School with the class of 1986.

She was a very good card player and really enjoyed beating her family when they played rummy. She also loved to watch NASCAR especially her favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt, Sr.

Besides her mother, Denise is survived by her brother, Cory Sutton and his wife Cassie of Stevensville, PA; her sister, Betsy Armitage (Adrian Temple) of Camptown, PA; her paternal grandmother, Cora Sutton of Warren Center, PA; her nephews, Eric Sutton (Alicia), Cody Sutton (Val), Kyle Sutton (Gabby), and Tyler Sutton (Olivia); her nieces, Jordan Armitage (Logan), Kayleen Sutton (Austin), Morgan Sutton (Alex), and Kelsy Armitage. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Sutton (d. February 16, 1997); her nephew, Mason Sutton (d. March 5, 2016); her maternal grandparents, LaRue and Gertrude Kobbe; and her paternal grandfather, Frederick Sutton.

Funeral services for Denise will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 6:00 PM from the Sheldon Funeral Home, 155 Church St., Wyalusing, PA. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:00 until the time of the service. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family at the Camptown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Denise's name to the Bradford County Manor Activity Fund, 15900 Route 6, Troy, PA 16947.
