Edward C. Marshall, Sr., age 79, of Rome, PA passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his home with his family by his side.

Ed was born on January 9, 1938 in Wilmot Township, the son of the late Jack E. (d. 1942) and Nora R. Hatch Marshall (d. 1950). He was a graduate of Wyalusing High School with the class of 1955.

He was employed with Dairylea as a Milk Delivery Man for 20 plus years. He was an avid bowler and was in numerous leagues at Mountain Side Lanes in Wyalusing. He enjoyed hunting and fishing especially during his trips to Canada. He loved to watch baseball and followed the New York Yankees. Ed was a great gardener, particularly potatoes.

Ed is survived by his wife, Pearl J. Hunt Marshall, who he married on August 2, 2007; his children, Edward C. Marshall, Jr. and his fiancé Kathy Cushman of Tomahawk, WI and Sherelyn "Sherrie" K. Marshall of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Justin Kelly (Samantha Harrison) of Chicago, IL, Jason Kelley of Tomahawk, WI, Joshua Teabo of Raleigh, NC, and Dylan Teabo of Raleigh, NC; his step-children, Ruth Lengacher of Arcadia, FL, Terry Cobb of Wyalusing, PA, and Denise Walters of Sayre, PA; his siblings, James "Jim" Marshall and his wife Sharon of Wyalusing, PA and Jacqueline Marshall of New Milford, PA; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Eunice E. Marshall (d. November 6, 1997).

Abiding by Ed's wishes services will be private at the convenience of the family.
