Frank V. Steffen Jr., age 68, of Mercur Hill Road, Wyalusing, PA (Herrickville) passed away suddenly on March 29, 2015 at his home.

Frank was born on December 12, 1946, in Meshoppen, PA the son of the late Frank and Eila Sheridan Steffen, Sr.

Frank worked for the Aeppli Family Farms in Herrickville, PA. He was a member of the Herrickville Wesleyan Church as well as the H.O.P.S Ambulance Association. Frank also enjoyed fishing.

Frank is survived by his sister Norma Brewer (Carl) of Lehi, UT; sister June Steffen (Steve) of Waverly, NY; brother Edwin Steffen (Mary) of Lawrenceville, PA; sister Lois Washburn of Pittsburgh, PA; sister-in-law Lynn Bedford of Herrickville, PA and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also surviving is Frank's special extended family, Roland, Janet, and Pearl Aeppli as well as his caring church family. Besides his parents Frank is preceded in death by his brother Dale Steffen who passed away in 2006.

A memorial service for Frank will be on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Herrickville Wesleyan Church with Reverend Jason Laudermilch of the church officiating. Internment will be at the Standing Stone Cemetery immediately following the service.
