Jacqueline "Jackie" Lott Truesdale Morgan, age 90, of Rabbit Lane, Falls, PA formerly of Meshoppen, PA passed away early Monday morning, March 9, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock, PA where she was a resident for the past four weeks.

Jackie was born on February 10, 1925 in Sayre, PA the daughter of the late Russell J., who passed away on June 13, 1979 and Edyth V. Andrus Lott, who passed away in May of 1983. She was married to the late Archie Richard Truesdale, who passed away on October 19, 1969. She was a graduate of Meshoppen High School with the class of 1943. After high school she attended the University of Scranton. After college Jackie worked at the Wyoming County Courthouse as a secretary of the recorder of deeds. She later worked at the Lott Motor Lines as a dispatcher and bookkeeper and a bookkeeper at Sherwood Chevrolet in Tunkhannock, PA.

Jackie attended the Meshoppen United Methodist Church. She was a 50-year member of the Eastern Star Meshoppen Chapter #70. She loved quilting and sewing and in her later years, she enjoyed her time and home in Florida.

Jackie is survived by her sons Gerald Truesdale and his wife Beatrice of Eynon, PA; Richard Truesdale of Falls, PA; Ronald Truesdale and his wife Judy of Meshoppen, PA; step-daughter Ann Morgan of Tunkhannock, PA; daughter-in-law Debra Robbins Truesdale of Meshoppen, PA; 17 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bobby Lott and his wife Alfreda of Jenningsville, PA; sister Eleanor Mowry and her husband Elston of Silvara, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband Jackie is preceded in death by her son Russell "Rusty" Truesdale who passed away on June 4, 2012; son Larry Truesdale who passed away on August 8, 2012; daughters Cindy Truesdale and Kathy Truesdale Wuagon who both passed away on April 13, 2001; grandson Gerald Truesdale who passed away on February 6, 1999; and brother William Lott who passed away in 1980.

A memorial service for Jackie will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM from the Sheldon Funeral Home, SR 6, Meshoppen, PA with Reverend Lenore Hosier of the Meshoppen United Methodist Church officiating. Eastern Star services will be conducted by the members of the Eastern Star Meshoppen Chapter # 70 immediately preceding the memorial service. Interment will be at the Jersey Hill Cemetery.
