Joseph W. Dulney, Jr., age 65, of Pittston, PA, passed away on Saturday Morning, April 18, 2026 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
A memorial service for Joseph will be held on a later date at the convenience of his family.
