Obituary

Mrs. Linda Starlene Naylor, age 74, of Springville, PA, passed away on Saturday evening, June 2, 2018, surrounded by her loving family, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

Linda was born in South Auburn, PA, on November 16, 1943, the daughter of the late Perry Harford (d. November 14, 1990), and Doris Bowman Harford (d. December 8, 1995). Most of her younger years were spent in the South Auburn area, where she graduated from the Elk Lake High School.

On April 20, 1963 she married Richard "Dick" Naylor, and were married for the last 55 years. For over 40 years, Linda and Dick owned and operated their farm, the Rolyan Farm in Springville twp., in Susquehanna Co.

Throughout the years, Linda was a member of the Springville Jr. Women's Club; she was a 4-H Leader with the DES Dairy Club; She spent many enjoyable years at the Harford and Wyoming Co. Fairs while her family showed their dairy cows; and for the last few years, she enjoyed attending her grandchildren's school activities and their sporting events. Linda and Dick were avid supporters of the Elk Lake Basketball teams throughout the years.

Surviving is her husband, Richard "Dick" Naylor of Springville, PA; her children, Brent Naylor, of Springville, PA; Stacy and Mark Houck, of Stowell, PA; Craig Naylor (Sally Brozonis) of Springville, PA; and Tara and Shawn Bushnell, of Dimock, PA; also her grandchildren, Eli Houck; Chaney Houck; Zane Naylor; Bo Bushnell; Brody Bushnell; and Grasyn Bushnell. She is also survived by  special family friends, Nick and Jennifer Andrejack, of Montrose, PA, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Sally Jo Lewis, who passed away on February 7, 1997.

Private family graveside services, will be held at the convenience of her family at the Lynn Cemetery.

Arrangements were made through the Sheldon Funeral Home, Main St., Meshoppen, PA.
