MaryLinda "Mar" McDonald, age 60, of Meshoppen, PA, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

Mar was born on August 9, 1956, in Dunmore, PA the daughter of the late John and Marion Butterly. She graduated from Dunmore High School. Mar was a truck driver for Meshoppen Stone for 5 years and loved being on the road. Mar enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading the Sunday paper, watching the HGTV channel, but most of all she enjoyed living on the road as a truck driver.

Mar is survived by her two sons, Dale John Tuttle of Honesdale, PA; Cory Tuttle of Honesdale, PA; and a grandson, Kaydin.

Calling hours for Mar will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Sheldon Funeral Homes, Main Street, Meshoppen, PA from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at Mount Caramel Cemetery in Dunmore, PA.
