Patricia Ann Turner, age 72, of Shamokin, PA passed away on Wednesday afternoon, April 24, 2024 at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

Born in Coal Township, PA on June 8, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Reiprich Sr. and Harriet LaRue Derk.  Growing up in the Coal Township area, Patricia attended Shamokin High School and attained her GED.

Patricia loved working as a clerk with Rea & Derick Drug Store in Shamokin, PA before her family moved to Laceyville, PA. She was also employed at Bluhm's gas station in Laceyville as well as at Splash Magic Campground in Northumberland, PA, but her main passion was caring for her community's youth.  She spent many years babysitting and "spoiling" the children of Laceyville.

When not babysitting, she enjoyed shopping and finding all the best sales and "ramming the roads".  She loved her animals especially her beloved pups. Most of all, Patricia cherished time spent with her grandchildren.  Whether she was camping with them or helping them bake cookies for the holidays, Patricia always took great pride and joy in their company.

Patricia is survived by her children, Tom "TJ" Turner Jr. (Reba Moore) of Laceyville, PA and Missy Sharer (Dean) of Laceyville, PA; her brothers, Tom Reiprich of Coal Township, PA, John Reiprich (Debbie) of New Cumberland, PA, Jeff Reiprich (Mary) of York, PA, and Kevin Reiprich (Angie) of Bloomsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Tehya Turner of Laceyville, PA, Bryanna Sharer of Pittsburgh, PA, Alex Sharer (Chelsea Bassett) of Hughesville, PA, Colby Sharer of Laceyville, PA, Elicia Sharer of Laceyville, PA, and Wheeler Turner of Laceyville, PA; and great-granddaughter, Louella Turner of Laceyville, PA.  Patricia is also survived by her former husband, Thomas Turner Sr. as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service for Patricia will be held on a later date at the convenience of the family.
