Randy Scott Westbrook, age 61, of Wyalusing, PA passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025 at the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laporte, PA.

He was born on August 24, 1963 in Towanda, PA the son of the late Joseph Elijah (d. June 13, 1991) and Donna Kay Porter Westbrook (d. December 14, 2022).

Randy was a truck driver for many years.  He loved to be on the road.  Throughout his career, he was employed by Schneider, FFE, Washita Valley, and DHL.

He found joy in simple pleasures, whether tending his garden, fishing, hunting, or enjoying the quiet stillness of morning. He loved grilling, especially his famous ribs, and was always ready to take a scenic drive or plan a trip to the beach.  He was a fan of crime shows and never turned down a sweet treat, cookies, doughnuts, or candy were always within reach. Known for his warmth and friendliness, Randy had a special way of making people feel seen — always asking how others were doing, always genuinely caring.  Above all, he treasured time with his family, especially with his granddaughter, Blair.

Randy is survived by his wife, Melissa "Missy" Jones, whom he married on September 24, 2023, his children, Shianne Westbrook of San Diego, CA and Telysa Westbrook (Kendall Ridgeway) of New Albany, PA; his grandchildren, Allison Boisvert and Blair Bennett; his sister, Tammy Bailey (Harry) of Canton, PA; his brother, Dennis Westbrook (Kim) of Levittown, PA; his sister-in-law, Lynn Westbrook of Wyalusing, PA; his former wife, Tina Miller-Westbrook of New Albany, PA; best friend that he thought of as a brother, Reggie Schoonover of Wysox, PA; as well as many nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Nikka Westbrook (d. February 15, 2020), brother, Larry Westbrook (d. March 31, 2024), Uncle Dorland Robert Porter (d. April 25, 2017), Aunt Marleah R. Space (d. January 12, 2024), cousins Richard "Rick" John Parsons (d.  May 30, 2018) and Daniel 'Danny' R. Parsons (d. November 25, 2022) and beloved friends Guy R. Cook (d. October 9, 2015) and Daniel 'Dan' M McCusker (d. November 11, 2016) along with countless other friends and family throughout the years.

Abiding with Randy's wishes, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
