Robert "Bob" H. Rosengrant, age 81, of Wyalusing, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Skilled Nursing Unit at Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital.

Bob was born on March 1, 1935 in Herrickville, PA the son of the late Harry H. and Beatrice Rosengrant. Bob served his country as part of the United States Air Force. Bob liked to collect various kinds of ammunition. He also liked the outdoors and nature.

He is survived by his children Robert Rosengrant Jr. of Bellingham, WA; Rick Rosengrant of Spokane, WA; Jeff Rosengrant of Spokane, WA; Debbie Robertson of Spokane, WA; John Rosengrant of Spokane, WA; Barbara Rosengrant of Seattle, WA; and several grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Russell Rosengrant and his wife Norma of Osterhout, PA; Byron Rosengrant and his wife Cindy of North Eaton, PA; LaRue Rosengrant and his wife Brenda of Allison Park, PA; Walter Rosengrant of Tunkhannock, PA; close friends Fred and Sue Saxer of Wyalusing, PA; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Bob was preceded in death by his daughter Swanee Mae Rosengrant, sister Evelyn Paratore, sister Joyce Ross, brother Richard Rosengrant, and brother Clifton Rosengrant.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the Sheldon Funeral Home, SR 6, Meshoppen, PA from 9:00-11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Tunkhannock, PA.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the local animal shelter of the donor's choice.
