Robin Lea Brown, age 60, of Meshoppen, PA passed away unexpectedly at her home around 4:30 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Robin was born on October 19, 1964 in Meshoppen, PA the daughter of Judy Marie White Meeks and the late Francis Robert White (d. February 4, 1978).  She graduated from Auburn Baptist Academy.

She married the love of her life, Danny Paul Brown on September 7, 1985.  She has been employed by Geisinger for 21 years and was recently promoted to manage the offices in Tunkhannock, Mountain Top, Hazelton, Pittston, and Scranton.

Robin enjoyed gardening, canning, crocheting and planting flowers.  In her down time, she took pleasure in reading books, fishing and shopping.  Her favorite holiday has always been Christmas and she loved cooking Sunday dinners.  She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Danny Paul Brown; her children, Maria Louise Lewis (Rodney Womack) and Daniel Gerald Brown (Devan) all of Meshoppen, PA; her grandchildren, Brooklynn age 12, Adalyn age 10, Delilah age 6, and Terron age 16; and the father of Brooklynn and Adalyn, Chad Lewis.  She is also survived by her mother, Judy Marie Meeks and her husband, Carlton of Richmond, VA; her siblings, Robert Francis Levi White and his wife, Amiee of Richmond, VA and Francine Marie Stevens and her husband, Anthony Max of Richmond, VA; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.   Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Louise White and Frank and Helen Newhart, as well as her father/mother-in-law, Gerald and Beverly Brown.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM from the Sheldon Funeral Home, 8206 SR 6, Meshoppen, PA with Reverend Gary Myers of the Meshoppen Biblical Baptist Church officiating.  Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 5:00 PM until the time of the service.
