Roger Ray Sharts, age 46, of Quick's Bend, PA passed away Monday morning, July 3, 2017 at his home.

Roger was born on July 27, 1970 in Towanda, PA the son of the late Hattie Lillian Baker Sharts and Roger William Sharts of Quick's Bend. He was a graduate of Wyalusing Valley High School with the class of 1988.

He was employed with Cargill for 11 years and was also self-employed in the logging industry for 20 years. Roger loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed gardening and playing lottery scratch off tickets. He was known for being a jokester. He loved his family very much and taking care of his children.

Roger is survived by his long-time girlfriend Kristie Ramey of Quick's Bend, PA; his children Carrissia Green and her husband Aaron of Fort Carson, CO, Olivia Sharts of Quick's Bend, Roger William Sharts of Quick's Bend, and Talon Sharts of Quick's Bend and the mother of the children, Bobbie Sharts; two grandchildren Charlotte and Lucas Green of Fort Carson, CO; his father Roger William Sharts of Quick's Bend; his siblings Donnie Baker of Owego, NY, John Sharts of Quick's Bend, David Sharts and his wife Melinda of Quick's Bend, and Ella Bankes and her husband Donnie of Quick's Bend; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Baker Sharts (May 2, 2016), his stepson Dawson Mosier (July 22, 2014), and his brother William Sharts (2005).
