Rosemary Lynn Young, age 46, of Wilmot Twp., PA passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at her home.

Rosemary was born on April 28, 1977 in Sayre, PA the daughter of Cecil H. and Dianna Lynn Kithcart Bailey of Wyalusing, PA.  She was a graduate of Towanda High School with the class of 1996.

She married Christopher Young on May 8, 1999 and together they raised two children.  Rosemary was a housewife and homemaker for her family and recently she and her daughter began their own business, Rustic Roots Refillery, LLC.  Previously she also drove school bus for Wyalusing Area and Bradford-Tioga Head Start.

Rosemary was a member of Hope Baptist Church where she used to serve breakfast and make food for Vacation Bible School.  She was a proud volunteer with the Wyalusing Valley Volunteer Fire Department and especially during the carnival.  She took great pleasure in doing various crafts.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of almost 25 years, Chris Young; her children, Trenton Young and his wife Alexis of Wilmot Twp., PA  and Sierra Young of Wilmot Twp., PA; her granddaughter, Hayley DeBella and was excited for the addition of two more grandchildren later this year; her parents, Cecil and Dianna Bailey of Wyalusing, PA; her siblings Howard Bailey (Tlysa) of Wysox, PA and Allen Bailey of Wyalusing, PA; her brother/sister-in-law, Jason and Trish Young of Kingsley, PA; her nieces and nephews, Austin and Caleb Bailey, Alexandria Young (Josiah Bennett), and Brie Young (Kyle Frick); her great-nephew, Hudson Frick; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Truman Kithcart and Shirley Maryott Lattimer; her paternal grandparents, Lillian and Claude Bailey; her father-in-law, Merle Young; her mother-in-law, Donna Allen; her grandparents-in-law, Catherine Young and Dorothy and Mervin Palmer; and her aunt, Marie Minard.

Funeral Services for Rosemary will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM from the Hope Baptist Church, 229 Hiduk Road, Wyalusing, PA 18853 with Pastor Wade Clouser officiating.  Interment will follow at Camptown Cemetery.  Family and friends may call at the church on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
