Obituary
Tammy L. Myers, age 51, of 41323 Route 6, Wyalusing, PA (Homits Heights) passed away Saturday evening, November 22, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 25, 1963 in Towanda, PA the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Drislane Dennis. She was a graduate of Towanda High School with the class of 1981.
Tammy married Jeff Myers on October 25, 1997. She was a housewife and homemaker for her husband and her two daughters, Amanda and Nicki. She later was employed with the RamZone in Wyalusing, PA as a waitress for 8 years.
She enjoyed spending time outdoors tending to her flower garden. She loved to spend time with her family, especially sleepovers and pool parties with her grandchildren.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Jeffrey R. Myers, of Homits Heights; her daughters Amanda Fluck and her husband Matthew "Macker" of Sugar Run, PA, and Nicki Johnson and her husband Donnie of French Asylum, PA; her grandchildren Addison Fluck of Sugar Run, PA, Jenna Johnson, Buddy Johnson, and Grayson Johnson all of French Asylum, PA; her special friend that is part of the family, Jacob Anderson of Rushville, PA; her sisters Wendy Goodwin (James) of Wyalusing, PA and Rebecca Cassellbury (Scott Hutchings) of Towanda, PA; her brother Jeff Dennis (Shawna Kennedy) of Jim Thorpe, PA; a very special niece, Kristen Cassellbury along with other nieces and nephews Kevin Belcher, Hope Belcher, Samantha Goodwin, Nathan Dennis and Gracie Dennis; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the Sheldon Funeral Home, 155 Church St., Wyalusing, PA with Reverend Barry Ballard of the Wyalusing Presbyterian Church officiating. A graveside service will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Towanda, PA. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 until the time of the service.
