Theresa Marie Parsons, age 75 of Forksville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

She was born on February 6, 1949, in Towanda, PA and was the daughter of the late Glenn Arthur Fulmer (d. March 15, 1996) and Ethel Janice Hembury Fulmer (d. August 22, 1995). She attended the Wyalusing Valley High School.

After graduating from high school, Theresa married Thomas Edward Parsons together they raised a daughter until he was killed in an automobile accident on October 23, 2008. She was employed at Endicott Johnson Shoe Factory in Mildred, PA until they closed. After the closing of the shoe factory she worked at Laural Health (now Sullivan Terrance) located in Dushore, PA. Outside of work, she also volunteered and delivered Meals on Wheels for many years.

In her spare time, she loved quilting with her quilting club, along with knitting, and fishing. In her younger years she could be found riding horses. She also loved to go play cards at the Overton VFW. Besides these amazing hobbies, Theresa loved to spend as much time as she could with her loving family. Especially those Grand and Great-Grandchildren that she cherished dearly.

Theresa is survived by her daughter Deborah Smith (Tom) of Forksville, PA. grandchildren Courtney (Delbert) Lewis of Alba, PA, and Cole Smith (Myles Trexler), of Wilmot PA. great-grandchildren, Easton and Baylor. She is also survived by siblings Michele "Micky" (Dale) Van Volkinburg of Laceyville, PA, Timothy (Karen) Fulmer of New Holland, PA, William (Brenda) Fulmer, of Sugar Run, PA, brother-in-law, Wayne Parsons, Sr.; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents and her husband Theresa was preceded in death by brothers/sister-in-law, Robert Persons, Jr., Elsie Parsons, and William Baker, father/mother- in-law Robert and Naney Parsons Sr.

A celebration of life for Theresa will take place on a later date at the convenience of her family.
