Timothy M. Fassett, age 55, of Lawton, PA passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Monday evening, February 20, 2023 at the Regional Hospital of Scranton.

He was born in Sayre, PA on November 10, 1967, the son of the late Bill and Mary Walter Fassett.  Tim earned his living as a farmer, helping out on several farms in the Lawton area.  His helping hand extended to the area's stone quarries as well.

In his free time, Tim enjoyed to cook, barbeque, paint, hunt, and fish.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren.

Tim is survived by his wife, Ginger Fassett of Lawton, PA; his children, Jessica Fassett of South Auburn, PA and Timothy Fassett II and his girlfriend, Alana Boom of Little Elk Lake, PA; his son-in-law, Joseph Sprague of Mehoopany, PA; his grandchildren, Timothy Fassett III, Ethan Fassett, and Rylee Sprague; his sisters, Evelyn Wells (Jim) of Meshoppen, PA, Helen Hollister of New Milford, PA, and Linda Tompkins (Donnie) of Warren Center, PA.  Tim is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Along with his parents, Tim is preceded in death by his brother, Fran Fassett and his sister, Bonnie LaCount.  He is also preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles as well as his grandparents.

As per Tim's wishes, there will be no services at this time.
