Trey Michael Middleton, age 1, passed away, unexpectedly on Sunday, July 10, 2016. He was born on June 29, 2015 in Sayre, PA the son of Elizabeth Mullican and Trilvell Middleton of Camptown, PA.

Trey was a fun loving little boy who loved chasing dogs, playing with his stuffed elephant and moose, and playing catch with his Uncle Tim. He enjoyed books especially Dr. Seuss "Green Eggs and Ham". He was a smart little boy who loved cheese doodles and cookies.

Trey is survived by his parents Elizabeth Mullican and Trilvell Middleton both of Camptown, PA; his maternal grandparents, Michael and Deidri Mullican of Camptown, PA; his paternal grandparents JoAnne Williams of Philadelphia, PA and Thomas Middleton of Charlestown, SC; his maternal great-grandparents Bonnie and Keith Brodhun of Selbyville, DE and Marilyn and David Mullican of Wyalusing, PA; his aunt and uncle Timothy Mullican and Madeline Mullican both of Camptown, PA and Sparkle Jackson of Elmira, NY; as well as many great-aunts and uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-great grandmother Marion Bowman on January 31, 2016.

The family has requested to have a private service at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Lacey Street Cemetery, Laceyville, PA.
